FEATURES :
FLOC 7536 Cationic Polymer or Sludge Polymeris supplies as free flowing granules good solubility with is polyacrylamide derivates are the basis of stat of art single or multi component and sludge treatment system. such as
- Pulp & Paper making process waste.
- Textile industry waste.
- Food factory
- Activated sludge. Etc.
PROPPERTIES :
1. Physical form : white fine granules
2. Bulk density : 0.7 - 0.9 g/cm3
3. Ionic charge : cationic
4. Solid content : >88%
5. pH-value : 2.5 - 5.0 (0.3%solution)
ADVANTAGE :
- Provide stable dewatering conditions for maximun dry cake solids and yield.
- Enhance colloidal retention in sludge cake leading to reduced BOD/COD in mill effluents
- Dewaters effectively in primary, secondary, and tertiary combined effluent sludge.
- Provide energy saving in press operation from enchence gravity and pressure drainage.
APPLICATION :
FLOC 7536 must be dilute in clean water prior to dosing dilution of emulsion via a turbine mixer is recomemded.
Stock solution cencentration should be 0.1-0.3 %. the usual dosing point is either before or after turbulance point.
Typical dosage rates vary depending on the type of sludge are usually 100 - 500 ppm.
PACKING
25 kg plastic bag or 25 kg in polyethylene bag.
